Return & Refund Policy

Digital Products

  • No Returns: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any digital products purchased on our site.

Physical Products

  • 30-Day Return Window: If you purchased a physical product, you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return.
  • Condition for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Initiating a Return: To begin the return process, email us at frankynelly@Frankynellystudio.com. Include your order number and reason for the return.
  • Return Process: If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on where and how to send your package. Returns sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

  • Report Problems Immediately: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at frankynelly@Frankynellystudio.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

  • Non-Returnable Items: Digital products, special orders, personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Inspection and Notification: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • Delayed Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet after 15 business days of receiving your refund approval, please contact us at frankynelly@Frankynellystudio.com.
